Yes, you can. Please cancel it within 2 hours after you place it.

In what situation can customer ask for a returning?

  1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper
    return requests, here are the FAQS you need to pay attention:

Does customer have to contact Fulupet before returning?

Yes, you have to contact with us and send us a email within 24 hours by email after you signing up your parcel if you need to return your products. And we will reply you in 24 hours to tell you whether you can return it or not.

What content should the email contains?

    The email you sent must conclude the following content:
      ① Your order ID
      ②The pictures of the product you want to return, including the product, all accessories,  gifts we give to you, packaged products.
      ③The returning reason, if it is because of the defective products, please make a video and some pictures of the defective part to clarify the situation.
      ④Your contacting information, beside the email, we prefer to get your phone number just in case.

          Within how many days should customer return the items?

          IF You have to return the products back within 30 days after you placed the order.

          Does customer have to pay the returning shipping fee when return?

          For items with no quality issues, please understand that we will not be responsible for the returning shipping cost.
          e.g:
          --Defective products: If you receive a defective products or with some function issues, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
          --You suddenly don't like this product: We are afraid that we do not accept this returning reason, we suggest you know as much as you can before you place your order in case of this kind of situation. If you insist to return ,you have to pay for the returning shipping fee.
          --You duplicately ordered the product: We suggest you know as much as you can before you place your order in case of this kind of situation. If you insist to return ,you have to pay for the returning shipping fee.

          Does customer have to pay the shipping fee if customer need to return?

                    Yes, customer have to pay for the shipping fee when customer need to return, but if it is free shipping, the customer do not have to pay for it.

            Which express should customer use to return?

            1. We only accept USPS/UPS due to defective products.
            2. For other returning reason (such as you don't like the product) you can ship it back by USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx.
            3. We do not accept freight collect.

             How long should I get my refund?

            We will only refund you after we receiving your returned items. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank. 

            How much refund should I get?

            You will get a fully refund but the handle fee.

            For example:

            Q:Lily bought product A ($200) and it's free shipping, but now Lily doesn't need this item anymore and she wants to return, how much will Fulupet refund customer? 

            A: Fulupet will refund $200 to Lily.

            Note: Payment company may charge some fee when refund happens, depends on the payment method, and the fee is charged by payment company not Fulupet.

            If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

            If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
